Tips on how do I get an acne free face

Hello ladies! 

Today I'm gonna share some tips about how do I maintain a smooth and acne free skin ! 

Last year my face is very very very bumpy with full of red dots, small acne , big acne and large pores! 

Even foundation can't really cover well  :(  

(well of course, make up will make it worst . If you encounter such problem it's good to let your skin rest and keep clean until it recover) 

My worst face . One year ago . 

Tried a lot of different acne /combination skin care but none of them cure my problems.

When I have acne problem the first thing appeared in my mind is Clean&Clear , 

I used it all the time while during my secondary school for 5 years!

 after collage my pimples is getting lesser & lesser probably hormone problem.

Stress causes hormones to fluctuate and your body to produce extra sebum (oil), which can lead to acne. Stress can often also trigger you to eat worse and sleep less—both of which can contribute to making your acne worse. However, no need to stress more! You’d be surprised at how dancing around your room or laughing really hard with your best friend can help stress melt away.

3) drink lots of water!!!!!! 

Water Helps Keep Skin Looking Good. Your skin contains plenty of water, and functions as a protective barrier to prevent excess fluid loss. 

"Dehydration makes your skin look more dry and wrinkled, which can be improved with proper hydration,But once you are adequately hydrated, the kidneystake over and excrete excess fluids.

You can also help "lock" moisture into your skin by using moisturizer, which creates a physical barrier to keep moisture in.

4) Fruits & vegetables !!!

with lots of Vitamin C. Vitamin C is also a super antioxidant. It is needed for a strong immune system, radiant skin and helps blemishes heal properly. The best sources are blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, guava, kiwifruits, oranges, papaya, strawberries and sweet potatoes.

Iqueen wrapping mask ex REVIEW The NEW concept mask from Korea

Sorry for MIA(missing in action) for almost 2 weeks because a new born baby is in the house yo! 

actually I took all this picture's almost a month ago, but not time to edit :(

Step 1 : Power Lifting Serum (7g) 

The serum is kinda thick but absorb very fast into my skin. I don't feel any lifting or tighten yet. 

HOW TO USE :

1, Apply the serum evenly on the face (use 1.5g ONLY!) 

But, how do I know i get the correct g? 

so I just agak-agak la 

I dint read the description properly and I apply ALL on step 1 -_-'' 

so I have to open another mask to get the serum for the following step. 

Step 2 : Adhere the film onto the face

I thought it was a normal cotton mask or what. 

When I open I was shocked ! 

why there's a booklet in it?! 

where is my mask? 

the mask is in the booklet ... 

the material is something I never seen nor touch before! 

I doesn't know how to describe the texture , very thin, very light , something like plastic?

with a small tiny little holes on it 

Step 2 : Apply the rest of the serum evenly on the soluble film (use 5.5g) 

pardon my eye bags, look damn huge here lol

use the remaining serum apply on the film again. 

within few mins magic happened!!! 

I can feel the film is shrinking ! It's so amazing & new to me!

after 20minutes just peel it off from bottom .

Try to tie or pin up every single baby hair you have,

 because if stick into the film is kinda hard to remove. Ouch !

tada! 

after the film shrunken it become harden and the small holes are gone. 

Incase you're wondering will the mask pull out whiteheads and blackheads as well?

 the answer is no. haha. 

Before & after

I felt my skin is tighten & firmer , but it dint shown in picture. 

I guess the most obvious part is it does clam down my red skin & fairer . 

I guess this mask is more suitable for women who 25yr old and above,  who have wrinkles & big pores.

no need peel, no need scrub , just apply the mask and all done. The blackheads appear by its own.

the whole progress is totally no pain at all. That's amazing!

look very professional and simple to use .

and it came with a spatular !  

The Smell is Tee Trea smell like every anti pimple products. 

texture is thick but not oily at all .

it absorb very fast and doesn't leave any sticky feels at all. 

and MOST importantly !!! It doesn't hurt at all !!! 

I believe every anti- spots pimples products 90% of it will have pain / heating sensation. 

but this one is very very gentle ,you don't feel a thing at all :) 

Just 3 days, my pimples is gone almost 90% 

it still left some reddish , but overall is amazing,  it doesn't left any scar's at all . 

result is visible after 2 or 3 days. 

you can use it under your daily bb cream / foundation. 

so it helps protects your pimples from foundation too.

it said's 'check your skin here' but I assume that's just a decoration and creative way to let users play with ^_^

so here's mine. hahahaha! kinda intertaining :p

Not always can see anti red-ness facial mask in the market, kinda rare though, 

and my face always red on cheek and nose, so I decided to try this, 

so here is the result after 20minutes, it does reduce my redness and overall skin tone is even :) 

I think Anti-Redness and Brightening mask is really suitable who going to attend a big event, 

such as wedding dinner, company event . It'll instantly give you brightening and clam down your skin.   

Silky and clear nose strip charcoal 6pcs for RM9.90

it actually managed to pull out some of my stubborn blackheads too. 

Remember to apply toner after nose strip :D

Here is some interesting patch which I don't see much from market too,

I've tried the hot body design patch , just stick to the place that you concerned , 

for some part no matter how we exercise also can't get rid of the fats , this should do the trick, 

for uppermost delivery of active ingredients , leave the patch for minimum 4 hours to 8 hours maximum :)

as for leg relax patch is suitable for people who have sore/tired leg after a while day of wearing high heels .

a MUST have item to relax and provide soothing comfort for the tired legs, herbal oils will revitalise your skin while menthol and camphor will cool and reduce swollen areas.
