Tips on how do I get an acne free face

Hello ladies! 
Today I'm gonna share some tips about how do I maintain a smooth and acne free skin ! 
Last year my face is very very very bumpy with full of red dots, small acne , big acne and large pores! 
Even foundation can't really cover well  :(  
(well of course, make up will make it worst . If you encounter such problem it's good to let your skin rest and keep clean until it recover) 
My worst face . One year ago . 

Tried a lot of different acne /combination skin care but none of them cure my problems. 

1) the suitable product for our skin!

When I have acne problem the first thing appeared in my mind is Clean&Clear , 
I used it all the time while during my secondary school for 5 years!
 after collage my pimples is getting lesser & lesser probably hormone problem.

2) Be happy & rested !!!!

Do something you like, you enjoy, you interested! 
people nowadays from 8am work until 6pm , dinner, shower and go to bed. 
where is your hobby? 
I like to hang out with friends , I like to listen music and movie !

It helps you to sleep and regulates your body clock. 
-If you ignore your natural biological day/night rhythms by staying up very late, jetting across time zones, or working night shifts, you may pay the price with an out-of-synch body clock. Fatigue, lack of energy, skin problem , lapses in memory and concentration are typical symptoms.
Stress causes hormones to fluctuate and your body to produce extra sebum (oil), which can lead to acne. Stress can often also trigger you to eat worse and sleep less—both of which can contribute to making your acne worse. However, no need to stress more! You’d be surprised at how dancing around your room or laughing really hard with your best friend can help stress melt away.

3) drink lots of water!!!!!! 

Water Helps Keep Skin Looking Good. Your skin contains plenty of water, and functions as a protective barrier to prevent excess fluid loss. 
"Dehydration makes your skin look more dry and wrinkled, which can be improved with proper hydration,But once you are adequately hydrated, the kidneystake over and excrete excess fluids.
You can also help "lock" moisture into your skin by using moisturizer, which creates a physical barrier to keep moisture in.

4) Fruits & vegetables !!!

with lots of Vitamin C. Vitamin C is also a super antioxidant. It is needed for a strong immune system, radiant skin and helps blemishes heal properly. The best sources are blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, guava, kiwifruits, oranges, papaya, strawberries and sweet potatoes.
my favourite is broccoli & melon!
